About Our Story
The same clients then asked us to help them purchase and really get involved in the process. We resisted, as that was not our prime intention but rather to impart free impartial advice was the key to our existence. More and more customers confided in us and repeatedly asked us to help them with the buying process. After much thought and reflection, we thought what better way to offer solitaires at "real dealer prices" and for that to charge a nominal fee, to our clients. It was really a Win-Win situation for all parties concerned. We looked around for the best cost saving and fine quality jewellery manufacturer's who would entertain bespoke manufacturing for our selected clients.
The journey transpired here and the principle to initiate this process started approximately a year back. We thought the best way forward and to differentiate us from the normal online and brick & mortar retailers, was to provide diamonds at cost with sound advice and to help with the jewellery manufacturing process, to arrive at the best possible piece of jewellery that money can purchase.
